2nd-Generation Hog Stays Home

Just in case any Razorbacks fans were worried, former high school and University of Arkansas basketball great Ronnie Brewer is still at home in Fayetteville.

Whispers reported last month that the former NBA first-round draft choice sold his home on Candlewood Drive for a neat $2.3 million and change.

He didn’t move far, spending slightly more than $921,000 for a 5,916-SF residence on North Summersby Drive.

It makes sense Brewer would stick around Fayetteville.

He played 10 seasons in the NBA for a variety of teams after his starring turn at Arkansas; he is now the recruiting coordinator for the men’s basketball team.

The sellers were Sean and Renita Trumbo.

The Trumbos are the owners of BrightStar Care in Fayetteville, a home health care staffing business.
