A building that once housed an Arvest bank branch in North Little Rock’s Park Hill neighborhood sold for $550,000 on Nov. 22 to Diamant Accounting through its Diamant Properties LLC.
The 2,532-SF building at 3502 John F. Kennedy Blvd. offers visibility from one of the city’s main thoroughfares, access to and fron Interstates 30 and 40, parking, and three drive-thru lanes.
Brandon Rogers of Colliers Arkansas represented the seller, Arvest. Stuart Mackey of Hathaway Group represented the buyer.
