The deal is backed with a 10-year loan of $5.2 million from First Security Bank of Searcy.
KNB purchased the 1.79-acre development for $4.5 million in October 2013 from Summit Hospitality I LLC of Sioux Falls, South Dakota.

S&T of Camden LLC, led by Stephen and Teresa McCann, acquired the SCA Pharmaceuticals project at 8821 Knoedl Court. The seller is 8821 Knoedl LLC, led by Thomas Schmidt and Nick and John Makris.
The deal is funded with a five-year loan of $3.2 million from Citizens Bank of Batesville.
The 1.6-acre development was bought for $2.9 million in September 2020 from REG Enterprises LLC, led by Gene Graves.

Westport Little Rock Self Storage LLC, an affiliate of Westport Properties in Irvine, California, purchased the Westside Mini Storage project at 1605 Green Mountain Drive. The sellers are C-S-B Partnership II LLLP, led by James Conner; the James Bolivar Conner Revocable Trust and Delrena C. Sides.
The deal is financed with a $2.1 million loan from Bank of America in Charlotte, North Carolina.
The 3.61-acre location was assembled in two deals totaling $793,000.
The sellers were McGeorge Contracting Co., $685,000 in September 1979; and the Arkansas Nursing Home Association, $108,000 in September 1983.
