The architecture and design firm Crafton Tull of Rogers said Monday it had acquired B&F Engineering of Hot Springs.
Terms of the deal were not released.
Crafton Tull said B&F will operate under its name as a division of Crafton Tull during the transition. B&F CEO James Montgomery will remain with B&F and run the Hot Springs operations.
“We are excited to join forces with B&F Engineering,” Crafton Tull CEO Matt Crafton said. “Our two firms have worked together for many years, and we have always greatly admired the quality of service and professionalism of their people. We think our common values, mission and culture align perfectly to form an exceptional expanded capability to serve our clients.”
Crafton Tull was founded in 1963 and now has offices throughout Arkansas and Oklahoma with approximately 250 employees. B&F, a structural and civil engineering firm, has 40 employees.
“Joining the Crafton Tull family in our firm’s 50th year of business is an exciting new chapter for us,” Montgomery said. “This partnership will provide enhanced service to our clients and generate long-term growth opportunities for our employee-owners.”
