This week’s parade of million-dollar real estate transactions kicks off with a big apartment sale in west Little Rock.

► JB Aldersgate LLC, an affiliate of B&M Management of Montgomery, Alabama, bought the 50-unit Ascent at Aldersgate apartment project at 1310 Aldersgate Road for $9 million. Seller: The Preserve at Aldersgate LLC, led by A.J. Gilbert.

► Otter Creek Village Commercial LLC, led by Carol Hodges, sold the 13,963-SF Otter Creek Village Center at 10402 Stagecoach Road and 3,036-SF Enterprise Liquor store at 10400 Stagecoach Road in west Little Rock for $2.3 million.

Buyer? JAS AND TASH LLC, led by Inderjit and Parwinder Singh.

► Rausch Coleman Homes Little Rock LLC of Fayetteville purchased 47 lots in North Little Rock’s Country Club of Arkansas subdivision for more than $1.8 million. Seller? Cypress Bay Development LLC, led by John Wright.

► Eyad and Linda Hassan and Amjad and Sahar Kattom sold the 1,653-SF Superstop convenience store at 6317 W. Markham St. in Little Rock for more than $1.7 million to Blue CK W Markham LLC, led by Jared Coleman and Michael Kelly.

► Blue CK Kanis Bowman LLC, led by Edward Bailey and Jared Coleman, acquired an 1,820-SF crematory at 1219 S. Bowman Road in west Little Rock for $1.7 million.

►  Boynerian LLC of Belmont, Massachusetts, bought the 30-unit Terrywood Apartments project at 8711 and 8723 Baseline Road in southwest Little Rock for $1.6 million from HSD Properties LLC, led by Alexandra Muller.

► Joey and Leslie Wiggins sold their 5,296-SF home in west Little Rock’s Sologne Circle neighborhood to Ahmed Abuabdou and Hebatalla Alhaddad for more than $1.3 million.

► SY LLC, led by Sung and Yong Kim, purchased the 2,832-SF Shell Maxmart at 8524 Hwy. 107 in Sherwood for $1.2 million. Seller? YB Investments LLC, led by Yong Kim and Bok Han.

► Matthew and Jennifer Henry sold their 3,624-SF home in west Pulaski County’s Hawk Valley Estates neighborhood for $1.2 million. The 36.7-acre spread was acquired by the C.D. & Leslie Williams Living Trust.

► Diamond State Building Operations LLC, led by James Nicholas II and Hayley Nicholas, bought the 24,900-SF office-service garage project at 700 John Harden Drive in Jacksonville for $1.1 million.

► Five Aces LLC, led by Anthony Brooks, sold the 13,386-SF office-warehouse at 7810 Industry Drive in North Little Rock for $1 million. Buyer? MIDA Group II LLC, an affiliate of K Barger Realty in St. Petersburg, Florida.
