First Arkansas Bank & Trust on Tuesday announced expanded roles for two longtime employees.

Mark Wilson was named president of the Jacksonville-based company. He succeeds his father Larry Wilson in the role. The elder Wilson remains CEO and chairman of the board.

Mark Wilson, who joined the family-owned bank in 2001, will continue to serve as chief operating officer. He oversees the bank's commercial and consumer lending activities, its network of 21 locations in Arkansas, and credit card issuing operations in Kennesaw, Georgia.

Taking over Mark Wilson's previous role as executive vice president is Kim Cullum, a bank employee of 33 years. She'll remain CFO of the company.

Cullum got her start at the bank as an internal auditor. She was promoted to CFO in 2003 and received the Arkansas Business CFO of the Year Lifetime Achievement Award in 2012.
