First Arkansas Bank & Trust in Jacksonville has announced the following two promotions: Kim Cullum, executive vice president, and Mark Wilson, president.

Cullum was named executive vice president in addition to her responsibilities as chief financial officer.

Wilson will continue to serve as the chief operating officer, overseeing FAB&T’s commercial and consumer lending activities, the retail branch network of 21 locations across central and north-central Arkansas, and the bank’s credit card-issuing operations in Kennesaw, Georgia.

Arvest Wealth Management of Little Rock has hired Emil Suqi as fixed-income portfolio manager. Suqi manages fixed-income separate account portfolios for clients and contributes to fixed-income investment strategy and outlooks, as well as client and adviser communications and presentations.
