Did you know another corporate headquarters is in the works for The Ranch development in west Little Rock?
Dyne Hospitality Group, touted as the largest Tropical Smoothie Café franchisee, intends to develop a 25,000-SF, three-story HQ to replace its leased space in downtown Little Rock.
Dyne would join Bank OZK and Arkansas Federal Credit Union with headquarters at The Ranch.
Dyne plans to build a LEED-certified building on a nearly 2.8-acre site at the northeast corner of Ranch Boulevard and Ranch Drive. Smooth Opportunities LLC, an affiliate of Dyne Development, recently bought the property for $1.2 million.
We also understand that Dyne is working on a solar field to offset the energy consumption of its 24 Arkansas stores plus the planned headquarters.
There’s no timetable set for starting construction on the HQ or development of the solar field.
For those keeping score, Dyne operates 80 Tropical Smoothie Cafés across Arkansas, Florida, Texas, Alabama, Oklahoma and Georgia.
