► 3600 Richards Road LLC sold its namesake address, home to the 137-bed Premier Health & Rehabilitation Center in North Little Rock for more than $6.2 million.
The affiliate of Capital Funding Group of Baltimore sold the project to Richards Road Realty LLC, an affiliate of The Wellstone Group of Lakewood, New Jersey.
► KAV Realty LLC of Tulsa bought the 6,450-SF home of The Pizzeria and Diet Center at 4910 Kavanaugh Blvd. plus the neighboring 3,868-SF Centennial Bank branch at 4924 Kavanaugh Blvd. for $3.1 million.

► The Mustard Seed LLC, led by Ryan Edwards, and PBC Properties LLC, led by Pierce Curran, sold a 29,688-SF industrial building at 11421 Stagecoach Road in west Little Rock for $2.3 million.
Buyer: CAP Management LLC, led by John Helms.
► Woodland Hills Valley LLC, led by Graham Smith and Scott Hurley, purchased more than 39 acres on the south side of Cooper Orbit Road at Kanis Road for $2 million.
Who sold the land just outside the western city limits of Little Rock? Moon Distributors Inc., led by Stan Hastings.
► Rapak Investments LLC of San Diego sold the 33,366-SF former Kroger at 900 W. Pershing Blvd. in North Little Rock for nearly $1.9 million.
Buyer? Brookwood-Pershing NLR LLC, an affiliate of Brookwood Properties in Baton Rouge.
► Stiefvater Orchards Ltd. of Bakersfield, California, acquired a 2,005-SF Splash Express Oil Change project at 113 Audubon Drive in Maumelle for more than $1.8 million.

► The Agnes F. Villiger Revocable Trust sold the 28-unit Skyline Apartments at 1570 Skyline Drive in North Little Rock for more than $1.8 million.
Buyers: Aoraki Capital Inc., led by Hadar Orkibi; AR 28 SKL LLC of San Jose, California; and MIH Realty Arkansas 28 LLC of Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida.
► PYM Trust, led by Monica Lo and Daniel Sherbet, bought a 7,430-SF home in the Sologne Circle neighborhood of west Little Rock from Daniel and Debbie Morrison for more than $1.7 million.
► Colony CC LLC, led by Arby Smith, sold 42 acres at the north end of Country Club Parkway in Maumelle for more than $1.6 million to Daryl Brock Custom Homes Inc. of Conway.
