Seal Solar of North Little Rock has hired Staci Gasaway as the energy company's first chief financial officer.
Gasaway has 11 years of experience in accounting, most recently at Keet O'Gary Construction of North Little Rock. In her new role, she'll oversee all of Seal Solar's accounting, IT and inventory management systems.
“Staci has an impressive depth of experience in accounting and specifically construction accounting,” Heather Nelson, co-founder and president of Seal Solar, said in a news release. “We are excited to add her expertise to our team and continue Seal Solar’s growth trajectory in what is set to be another record year.”
Gasaway is a University of Arkansas at Little Rock graduate.
“I decided to join the Seal Solar team for two main reasons — the people and the industry,” Gasaway said in the release. “I had the pleasure to work with Heather Nelson when Seal Solar was just getting started, and the entire team has drawn me in with their professionalism and commitment to improvement. I am also excited to contribute to a more sustainable planet and care for others by caring for the environment.”
