Clinton Young to Lead UAM School (Movers & Shakers)

Clinton D. Young has been named dean of the School of Social & Behavioral Sciences at the University of Arkansas at Monticello. Young has been serving as interim dean since August 2021.

Katy Bridges has been hired as agronomist at the University of Arkansas at Monticello’s College of Forestry, Agriculture & Natural Resources.

Kelly Edington has been hired as an accountant I-grants coordinator at Black River Technical College of Pocahontas. She previously worked at Thomas Speight & Noble CPAs.

Brad Baine, vice president of academic affairs at Black River Technical College in Pocahontas, will serve a three-year term on the Greene County Community Fund board of directors.

Michelle Wooldrige has been hired as student affairs coordinator of the Paragould campus at Black River Technical College. Wooldrige previously was a qualified behavioral health provider for Families Inc.

Kelly Farrell has been hired as head soccer coach at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Farrell comes to Little Rock after spending the past five seasons at the University of Nebraska-Omaha, including the past three seasons as the Mavericks’ associate head coach.
