A 404,000-SF warehouse in North Little Rock is under new ownership.
OE Holding Company LLC of Greenbrier, led by managing partner Greg Oaks, purchased the building at 1301 E. Eighth St. for $3 million.
The seller was Clifton Warehouse Leasing LLC, which has vacated the building.
The warehouse on 20 acres has 18 tenants.
Jamie McLarty of Hathaway Group of Little Rock brokered the deal.
