Bowman Curve Retail Centers Sell for $10M

Retail space, undeveloped land and apartments provide this week’s mix of million-dollar real estate transactions in Pulaski County.

► Ziff Bowman Curve LLC, an affiliate of Ziff Properties in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, sold the Bowman Curve I and Bowman Curve II projects at 200-400 Bowman Road in west Little Rock for $10 million.

Who bought the adjoining retail projects with a combined 70,891 SF under roof? Bowman Curve Baceline LLC, an affiliate of Baceline Group in Denver.

► Arkansas Commercial LLC, an affiliate of Real Estate National in Riviera Beach, Florida, purchased a 108,065-SF retail center at 638 W. Main St. in Jacksonville for $3.3 million.

The Jacksonville Center was sold by Sentech Holdings LLC, led by Michael Sen-tell.

► Crystal Valley LLC, led by Rick Ferguson, bought 170 acres on the southwestern edge of Little Rock for $1.1 million.

Who sold the land on the north side of Crystal Valley Road at Col. Miller Road? Birch-Brook Inc., led by Kris Upton.

► Davidson Holding Co., led by Skip Davidson, sold the 16-unit John Lynn Manor Apartments at 11405 Mara Lynn Drive in west Little Rock for $1 million.

Buyer: Boynerian LLC of Belmont, Massachusetts.
