Cushman & Wakefield/Sage Partners in Rogers has hired Alex Bennett and Adam VanBecelaere as broker market directors. Bennett is former vice president of real estate and development for David’s Burgers and Anchor Real Estate Investments LLC. VanBecelaere recently served as a director of Walmart Real Estate and Portfolio Management.

Cromwell Architects Engineers of Little Rock has made two hires. Randy Listenbee has been hired as technology support analyst. He will monitor Cromwell’s help desk and be the lead on deploying new equipment and keeping all software and operating systems up to date. Jesus Padilla has been hired as mechanical engineering director. He will focus on design and consult on mechanical systems.
Grady Spann has been hired as executive director and CEO of Northwest Arkansas Land Trust in Fayetteville, the region’s only local and accredited land trust. Spann spent 28 years with Arkansas State Parks, including six years as its director.
