Ashley Wiser is the new chief operating officer of Chambers Bank of Danville. Wiser has worked for Chambers Bank for 14 years, most recently as the senior vice president and director of deposit operations and quality assurance.
Deb Sefcik has been hired as senior vice president of commercial lending at First Community Bank of Batesville, and Tyler Choate has been hired as vice president of commercial lending. Both eventually will move into the 16,000-SF banking center now under construction on Chenal Parkway in Little Rock.
Gateway Bank of Rison has made several staff changes. Bill Eldridge has been hired as its vice president and development officer. Eldridge joins Gateway with 35 years of banking experience. Adam Eoff was named vice president and loan officer. Eoff joined Gateway Bank in January 2021. Additionally, two changes were made to Gateway’s Bryant branch. Lori Hill has been promoted from teller and corporate social responsibility manager to loan administration. Windsett Holden will be the new teller and corporate social responsibility manager, bringing nearly 10 years of experience in the banking industry.
Kyle Keeney has been promoted from market president to chief credit officer of Malvern National Bank. Keeney, who has worked for Malvern National Bank for 20 years, will be taking over from the previous chief credit officer, Rusty Guerra, who retired.
Kaitlin Nabholz has been hired by Nabholz Construction Corp. of Conway as a new assistant controller for the company’s office in Rogers. She is a certified public accountant and previously worked in Dallas as an assurance manager.
