Logistics company Priority1 Inc. of Little Rock has signed a long-term lease for the seventh floor the Lyon Building in downtown Little Rock at 401 W. Capitol Avenue.
The lease gives the company additional 21,975 SF in the building. It originally leased 18,874 SF on the sixth floor in early 2021.
The company now occupies a total of 40,849 SF in the Lyon Building and a total of 55,000 SF in downtown Little Rock
Todd Rice and Brandon Rogers of Colliers Arkansas represented the building owner in the transaction. Ted Dickey, also of Colliers, represented the tenant.
The seven-story, 139,779-SF office building at Simmons Tower is managed by Colliers. Its features include underground parking, high-performance optic technology and recent renovations.
