Gary Whitmer has been promoted to vice president of sales for Prospect Steel, a division of Lexicon Inc. of Little Rock. Whitmer, who will work out of the company’s Kansas City office in Missouri, has worked at Prospect Steel since 2012 and is a member of the American Institute of Steel Construction.
Gary Leonhardt is a new software developer for Mainstream Technologies of Little Rock. Leonhardt has 25 years of experience and is a certified COBOL programmer.
