Investment firm Circumference Group of Little Rock has acquired a majority stake in The Computer Works of Conway, a provider of fiber and fixed wireless internet services to residential and commercial customers.

Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

TCW President Pat Wilson will continue in his position, and the firm's business headquarters will remain in Conway.

Circumference Group Founder and CEO Jeff Fox, in a news release Tuesday, called the deal “a great opportunity to support a successful growing company … TCW exemplifies our strategy of investing in quality businesses focused on delivering long-term customer value.”

Wilson added that Circumference Group “has a proven track record” and is an “ideal partner” as TCW continues to expand its services as well as position itself for long-term success.
