A 621-unit mini-storage project in Jacksonville kicks off this week’s list of million-dollar real estate transactions in Pulaski County.

 Arkansas Storage Centers XI LLC, led by Stuart Finley, bought Northgate Mini Storage at 503 and 520 Northgate Drive for more than $3.7 million.

Seller: Northgate Mini LLC, led by Kevin Huchingson.

 Plum Bayou Holdings LLC, led by Kevin Huchingson and Lee Adams, sold more than 971 acres in east Pulaski County for $3 million.

Who acquired the property on the south side of Walter Estes Road about 8 miles south of Scott? Lonoke Duck Club LLC, led by Brent Staley.

 Maly Group LLC, led by Smitha Thomas and the Dr. James T. Thomas Family Heritage Trust, purchased a 37-acre tract adjoining the west side of the former Wild River Country water park at 6820 Crystal Hill Road in North Little Rock for more than $2.5 million.

Seller? 2735 Villa Creek Ltd., an affiliate of G Squared Inc. of Dallas.

You might recall that Maly Group intends to also buy the former Wild River Country site as part of its mixed-use development plans that include T-Time, a driving range with electronically tracked golf balls, apartments and more.

 Jay and Julia Moss sold their 9,415-SF home in west Little Rock’s Sologne Circle neighborhood for $2.5 million to 1023 Bond Investment Properties LLC, led by Scotty White.

 Arkagas LLC of Miami Beach, Florida, bought the VP Fuels convenience store at 6828 Col. Glenn Road in Little Rock for more than $1.8 million.

Seller: Standard Development Co. LLC, led by Blake Smith.

 Denny Land Co. LLC, led by Phyllis Storthz and Sam Storthz III, sold a 42-acre tract in west Pulaski County for more than $1.6 million.

Who purchased the land on the west side of Highway 300 near Pinnacle Mountain State Park? Samuel and Bridget Ford.

 Lucas O’Gary and Kimberly Steed acquired a 7,655-SF house in west Little Rock’s Valley Falls Estates neighborhood from the Stella M. Kamanda Family Trust for more than $1.2 million.

 Edmonson Investments RE LLC, led by Ronald Edmondson, and the estate of Sherrill Edmondson sold a nearly 11.8-acre commercial property in an incorporated pocket surrounded by North Little Rock for $1.2 million.

The 7508 MacArthur Drive project, home to an 18,900-SF office-service garage and 3,600-SF warehouse, was bought by TADS Investments LLC, led by Tremayne Harris; and Rhoten Investments Inc., led by Charles Rhoten.

 Chenal Property Investors III LLC and Chenal Property Investors IV LLC, both led by Leonard Boen, purchased adjoining west Little Rock commercial sites on the north side of Rahling Road at Rahling Circle from PotlatchDeltic Real Estate LLC.

A 1.3-acre parcel sold for more than $1.1 million, and a 1.2-acre parcel went for more than $1 million.
