$11.7M Paid for Little Rock Auto Dealership


A west Little Rock auto dealership launches this week’s edition of million-dollar real estate transactions in Pulaski County.

 Larock Properties LLC, led by Lee Owens, sold the 30,727-SF Jaguar-Land Rover-Volkswagen dealership at 25 Col. Glenn Plaza for more than $11.7 million.

New owner: Riverside Properties LLC, led by Lisenne Rockefeller.

 OW Shackleford LLC, an affiliate of Oak Wood Ventures of Dallas, bought the 21.5-acre Shackleford Mobile Home Park at 4023 S. Shackleford Road in west Little Rock for more than $7.7 million.

Seller? Shackleford Associates Ltd. of Bloomfield Hills, Michigan.

 100 University LLC, an affiliate of Moran Capital in Dallas, sold the 2,400-SF Chipotle at 100 S. University Ave. in midtown Little Rock to the Alan & Yolanda Sheridan Trust for a reported $5 million.

 Agree Stores LLC, an affiliate of Agree Realty of Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, acquired the 56,008-SF Goodyear Wing-field facility at 7510 Fluid Drive in east Little Rock for $4.6 million.

The sale-leaseback transaction was rolled out by Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. of Arkon, Ohio.

 Woodcrest Co. LLLP, led by James Matthews, sold a 106,372-SF office-warehouse at 4300 Stockton Drive in North Little Rock for $4.3 million.

Buyer? NLR IND LLC, led by Wes Martin.

 RQL Sherwood LLC, an affiliate of RQL of Colorado in Northglenn, purchased the 10,929-SF Social Security Administration office at 3608 E. Kiehl Ave. in Sherwood for more than $2.1 million.

Seller: Central Arkansas Supply System I Inc., led by Byron McKimmey.

 GMan Properties LLC, led by Gary and Marketta Childers, sold the 9,090-SF Dollar General at 11046 U.S. 165 in North Little Rock for nearly $1.4 million to Sigma Realty LLC of Grand Prairie, Texas.
