Voting is underway now for the final eight nominees for the "Coolest Thing Made in Arkansas."
This round of voting continues through Aug. 12, when the top four products will be decided.
The nominees are:
- Lockheed Martin's High Mobility Artillery Rocket System
- Dassault Falcon Jet's Falcon 8X aircraft
- Pactiv Evergreen's fresh beverage cartons
- Aerojet Rocketdyne's solid rocket motors
- Nucor's net-zero carbon emission steel products
- EnviraPAC's soil health products
- Nabholz Industrial Service's drop tables
- Frito-Lay's Cheetos snacks
This year’s winner will be announced on Oct. 7, National Manufacturing Day. The winning product will then be featured at the Arkansas State Chamber of Commerce Annual Meeting in November.
This is a great, fun way to spread the word about all the innovative, high-value products made in Arkansas, from chicken wings and rockets to dimensional lumber and high tensile steel.
The competition is presented by the Arkansas State Chamber, Associated Industries of Arkansas and Arkansas Business.
