A Dollar General store in Arkadelphia has been sold for $1.1 million, the real estate firm Marcus & Millichap announced.
The buyer of the store at 2722 Malvern Road was Alexander Crossing LLC, represented by Justin Sturdivant.
The seller was Pickle Investments LLC, led by Donald Parker II. The group was represented by Eddie Greenhalgh.
The 9,100-SF store was built in 2018.
