► Mass LLC, led by Kevin McReynolds, sold 158 acres at the northwest corner of Sullivan and Raines roads in west Pulaski County for more than $1.6 million.
Buyer? KRE5-EPIC LLC, led by Texas investors Karan Negi and Praveena Beeram.
► Rich Transport LLC of Cudahy, Wisconsin, bought the 13,686-SF Salmon Cos. facility at 4600 E. McCain Blvd. in North Little Rock for more than $1.3 million.
Seller? Faulkner Lake 391 LLC, led by Donald Salmon.
► Donald Marshall Jr. sold his 7,684-SF home in west Little Rock’s Deauville Place neighborhood to Michael and Jennifer Blanscet for more than $1.3 million.
► NLR Dev Partners LLC, led by Tim Martin, acquired 20 acres on the south side of Fitzgerald Lane two-tenths of a mile east of Counts Massie Road in North Little Rock for more than $1.2 million.

► Cypress Bay Development LLC, led by John Wright, sold more than 28 acres on the east end of Lucia Lane in Maumelle for more than $1.1 million.
Buyer: CCA Phase 24 Partners LLC, led by Kelly and Brandon Hines, Jerry Ester, Karen Keathley and Wright.
► Mauricio De Sicila and Ana Galvan purchased a 5,314-SF house in west Little Rock’s Bretagne Circle neighborhood from Robert and Caroline Fow for more than $1 million.
► 300 S. Broadway LLC, led by Joe Carter, sold its namesake downtown Little Rock address for more than $1 million.
