Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield announced that Elaina Nix has been promoted to director of operations at Medicare Advantage.
Nix of Cabot has been with the health insurance provider since 1994. The company said that she has helped create a paperless environment for individual products, implemented products generated by the Affordable Care Act and led customer relations management operations.
In her new role, she'll oversee the management of Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement and Part D daily operations.
She'll also maintain eligibility and enrollment products for clients under age 65.
