A mixed-used commercial development in Little Rock Rock's Hillcrest neighborhood has sold for $2.95 million.
The seller of the property at 2701 Kavanaugh Blvd. was Hillcrest Properties Inc., led by Kelley Johnson.
The buyer was alcohol wholesaler Moon Distributors Inc. of Little Rock, doing business as Hastings Realty Co. and led by Stan Hastings.
The 14,820-SF property was built in 1987. Tenants include Damgoode Pies and Cafe Bossa Nova.
Rick Freeling of Freeling Properties LLC represented the buyer.
