Houses, stores and more populate this week’s roster of million-dollar real estate transactions in Pulaski County.

 The Thomas R. Wallace & Anne S. Wallace Living Revocable Trust bought a 4,151-SF home in Little Rock’s Longfellow Circle neighborhood from Patricia P. Smith Trust for $1.8 million.

 B&A Little Rock LLC of New York sold a 9,034-SF Dollar General at 3124 W. Roosevelt Road in Little Rock to Altius Investors LLC of Pacoima, California, for more than $1.4 million.

 Phoenix Ark MHC LLC and Paradise Village Ark MHC LLC, both of Jackson, Tennessee, acquired their namesake mobile home parks in Jacksonville for $1.3 million.

Who sold the 37-unit Paradise Village project at 300 Taylor St. and the 65-unit Phoenix project at 2205 Green Acres Road? Gypsy Properties LLC, led by Shanna and Christopher Holmes.

 John and Tiffany Lindsey sold their 3,888-SF home in Little Rock’s Prospect Terrace neighborhood for more than $1.2 million to the Perin Living Trust, led by Andrew and Rebecca Perin.

 Singh Countertop Inc., led by Narinder Kaur and Gurdev Dogra, purchased a 6,000-SF office-warehouse at 14844 Ingram Road on the northern outskirts of Maumelle for $1.1 million.

 The Perry Revocable Trust, led by Edward Perry, sold a 5,065-SF home in west Little Rock’s Sologne Circle neighborhood to Stephen and Mary Paulus for $1.1 million.

 The city of Little Rock bought a 51.8-acre tract at the northeast corner of Frazier Pike and Damsite Road for more than $1 million to expand the Little Rock Port Industrial Park.
