► B&A Little Rock LLC of New York sold a 9,034-SF Dollar General at 3124 W. Roosevelt Road in Little Rock to Altius Investors LLC of Pacoima, California, for more than $1.4 million.
► Phoenix Ark MHC LLC and Paradise Village Ark MHC LLC, both of Jackson, Tennessee, acquired their namesake mobile home parks in Jacksonville for $1.3 million.
