Two Jonesboro investors paid $1.7 million for a Starbucks location in Lowell.

David and Angie Hodges, through their Halltown Farms LLC, bought the 1,343-SF coffeehouse at the intersection of North Bloomington Street and East Monroe Avenue. It is a drive-through-only location, something the developer of the property said was the first of its kind in the country when it was built in 2021.

The seller was that developer: Haag Brown Commercial Real Estate Development of Jonesboro. The company, led by Greg Haag and Josh Brown, is well known for its development of Starbucks in the state.

The Bloomington location — Bloomington is also Highway 71 — is just off Interstate 49. It was the seventh Starbucks Haag Brown built in northwest Arkansas in the past five years.
