Jaclyn Henderson ( Regions Bank)

Jaclyn Henderson has been named market executive for Regions Bank’s operations in Bentonville, Rogers, Siloam Springs, Springdale and Fayetteville. Henderson, who joined Regions in 2006 as a commercial banking loan assistant, has been commercial banking relationship manager since 2015. She succeeds market leader Jerry Vest, who retired.


Arvest Bank of Fayetteville has been recognized by Forbes magazine as part of its Best-in-State Employers 2022 list in Arkansas. Arvest was also on the list in 2021.


Lance Black, Elliot Hartle and Caleb Hamilton have been promoted to commissioned bank senior examiners at the Arkansas State Bank Department. Black has been in the department’s trust examination division since 2017. Hartle has been in the information systems examination division since 2017. Hamilton has worked at the department’s Springdale regional office since 2020.

Sonja Hubbard has joined the board of directors of Farmers Bank & Trust of Magnolia, serving on the audit committee. Hubbard is a principal with the Yates Group Inc., which manages retained assets from E-Z Mart Stores Inc., where she was CEO for 20 years.

Randy Magness has been promoted to regional mortgage loan manager at Arvest Bank of Fayetteville in Fort Smith. Magness, now responsible for sales and mortgage employees throughout Arvest’s four-state footprint, most recently served as mortgage loan manager.

Since starting his career with The Bank of Fayetteville 20 years ago, Seward has served in branch management, loan operations and special assets.

Toni Baker ( AgHeritage Farm Credit Services)

Toni Baker of Mabelvale has been hired as a receptionist in the central office at AgHeritage Farm Credit Services of Little Rock. Baker previously worked in customer service for Verizon Wireless.


Russell Gunther, Peter McCorry and Jake Morton have been hired as managing directors in the financial institutions group within institutional equities and research at Stephens of Little Rock. Gunther, who will work on equity research, and McCorry, who will focus on equities sales and trading, previously worked at D.A. Davidson. Morton, who will also focus on equities sales and trading, previously worked at Wells Fargo. All three will work in New York.

Jason Inglis has been hired as chief revenue officer at Sowell Management of North Little Rock. Inglis most recently served as president of Integrated Advisors Network of Palos Verdes Estates, California, and has worked in senior executive roles with ReDefine Independent Advisors, Angel Oak Capital Partners, Deutsche Bank, Envestnet and BNY Mellon (Lockwood).
