This week’s count of notable real estate transactions in Pulaski County stands at 10, starting with Chenal Commons.

 VW Chenal Commons LLC of Houston paid $14.5 million for the major west Little Rock retail center.

The seller: Chenal Commons DST, an affiliate of Inland Private Capital Corp. of Oak Brook, Illinois.

The 70,710-SF center at 12801 Chenal Parkway, called Chenal Commons, has been home to retailers including Old Navy, PetCo, David’s Bridal, Shoe Carnival and Kirkland’s. The center was originally developed by Realm Realty of Houston in 1998.

► FRG Little Rock LLC, an affiliate of Fulton Realty Group of New York, sold the 4,800-SF Circle K at 10200 N. Rodney Parham Road for nearly $5.3 million.

Buyers? WNR10-Shelbyville LLC and Champion Gas LLC, both of Mount Juliet, Tennessee.

► Clearwater Brandon LLC, led by Michael Larkin, purchased adjoining industrial flex buildings in west Little Rock for more than $3.7 million.

The 41,447-SF project at 5310 S. Shackleford Road and 23,450-SF 7 Clearwater Drive project were sold by a group of trusts and individuals. The original ownership was divided among Michael and Anita McKee, 48.2%; Joseph and Carol Hartman, 18.3%; James and Lorilee Hartmann, 9.1%; William and Claire Hartmann, 9.1%; Donald and Susan Whitley, 6.9%; John and Bonnie Hartmann, 4.3%; and Brett Prahl, 4.1%.

► WSCamp LLC, led by Carl Schultz, sold a 31,772-SF medical office building at 1301 Wolfe St. in Little for $3.7 million.

Who bought the Dennis Development Center? GIP Little Rock LLC, an affiliate of Government Investment Partners of Deer Park, Illinois.

► SB Little Rock 2022 LLC of Little Silver, New Jersey, acquired the Starbucks at 8001 Geyer Springs Road in southwest Little Rock for more than $2 million.

Seller: East End Wash Group LLC, led by Edward Bailey.

► MPI Little Rock LLC, an affiliate of Moir Park Capital of Wayzata, Minnesota, sold the 15,000-SF United Rentals project at 121 House Court in North Little Rock for more than $1.7 million.

Buyer: Medley Little Rock Property LLC, an affiliate of Medley Equipment Co. in Oklahoma City.

► Tomas and Renate Witt bought a 15,200-SF office-warehouse at 11701 Vimy Ridge Road in Little Rock for more than $1.6 million.

Seller? Metro Towering & Recovery Holdings LLC, led by Lee Maris.

► Pollack Realty LLC, led by Mark Pollack, sold a 10,637-SF office building at 4016 Stannus St. in Little Rock for more than $1.5 million.

Who purchased the home of Affirmative Risk Management? ARM Claims Inc., led by Kenneth Hansen.

► Melissa and Matthew Katz acquired a 4,881-SF home in Little Rock’s Shadowlawn neighborhood from Jeff Fuller Homes LLC for nearly $1.4 million.

► Kidz Palace Therapy LLC, led by Gregory and Gwenevere Plunkett, sold a church-office-daycare complex with four buildings totaling 32,180 SF at 8923 Sunset Lane in southwest Little Rock for more than $1.1 million.

Buyer: FCC Ministry & Community Development Inc., led by Kevin Kelly.
