The 5.55-acre site was bought for $258,000 in January 1993 from Helen Pate.
Office-Warehouse Buy
A 106,372-SF office-warehouse in North Little Rock rang up a $4.3 million sale.
NLR IND LLC, led by Wes Martin, acquired the 4300 Stockton Drive project from Woodcrest Co. LLLP, led by James Matthews. The deal is financed with a five-year loan of $3.2 million from Encore Bank of Little Rock.
The 8.22-acre property was purchased in August 1959 as part of a $250,000 deal with Fred and Katherine Watkins.
Warehouse Land
Land for a nearly 1 million-SF warehouse project in the Little Rock Port Industrial Park tipped the scales at $3.49 million.
Blue Stem LR LLC, an affiliate of Bluestem Partners of Overland Park, Kansas, bought the 64.19-acre tract at the southeast corner of Zeuber and Fletcher roads from the city of Little Rock.
The land was acquired in July 2009 as part of a $2.2 million deal with Man USA Inc. of Houston.
SSA Office
A 10,929-SF Social Security Administration office in Sherwood sold for $2.12 million.
RQL Sherwood LLC, an affiliate of RQL of Colorado in Northglenn, purchased the 3608 E. Kiehl Ave. project from Central Arkansas Supply System I Inc., led by Byron McKimmey.
The deal is backed with a $1.4 million loan from Encore Bank. The 1.34 acre site was bought for $280,000 in February 2002 from Zeiler Real Estate, led by the heirs of Johanna Zeiler.
Woodlands Purchase
A 158-acre tract in west Pulaski County drew a $1.65 million transaction.
KRE5-EPIC LLC, led by Texas investors Karan Negi and Praveena Beeram, acquired the land at the northwest corner of Sullivan and Raines roads. The seller is Mass LLC, led by Kevin McReynolds.
The deal is funded with a 30-year loan of $1.1 million from Ag America Lending LLC of Lakeland, Florida.
The property was purchased for $85,000 in June 1984 from Samuel Raines, Barbara Raines and Twilla Raines Harper.
