Texas Firm Buys Little Rock Retail Center for $1.3M

A Kroger-anchored retail center in Little Rock has been sold for $1.3 million.

The Lasiter Group of Little Rock announced that its LMS Properties LLC had sold the development at 1100 E. Roosevelt Rd. to investment group Sky Little Rock LLC, a subsidiary of Interra Capital of Houston.

LMS is led by Thomas Lasiter, the CEO and chair of the Lasiter Group.

Records show that LMS purchased the building in 2015 for $680,000. It was built in 1960.

Other tenants include Dollar Tree and ACE Cash Express. In total, the development next to the Oakland & Fraternal Historic Cemetery Park has more than 45,611 SF of retail space. 

The land under the development is owned by the city of Little Rock.
