Cromwell Architects Engineers of Little Rock has hired six new employees. David Clement has joined Cromwell as a structural engineer. Katharine Eckman has joined the architecture department as an architectural designer. Melissa Lentz is now an administrative assistant and receptionist for Cromwell. Shahin Riahi has joined the Springdale office as an architect. Ryan Wass has joined Cromwell’s plumbing design department. Jay Yarboro returns to Cromwell as a certified plumbing designer focusing on plumbing and medical gas design.

T.J. Lefler (Citizens Bank)

T.J. Lefler will join the board of directors at Citizens Bank of Batesville. Lefler is the owner of Lefler Capital, a commercial real estate company based in Fayetteville, and is also on the board of directors at Wakefield/Sage Partners of Rogers.

Mitchell Williams Selig Gates & Woodyard PLLC has hired five people for its Little Rock and Rogers offices. Sharnae Diggs joins the commercial litigation team and will practice in the Little Rock office. She graduated from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock Bowen School of Law and clerked for Chief Judge Lavenski R. Smith of the 8th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals. Elizabeth Esparza joins the Rogers office and will practice in commercial litigation, data privacy and cybersecurity. She graduated from the University of Arkansas School of Law where she was note and comment editor of the Arkansas Law Review. Breanna Hendrix will practice in commercial transactions including real estate, lending, corporate governance and entity formation, working in the Little Rock office. Jessica Melton will join the Rogers office and practice in the area of business transactions and general corporate matters. Before attending law school, Melton worked as a teacher and supervisor in nonprofits. Grace Wewers joins the Little Rock office and will practice in commercial litigation, medical malpractice and insurance coverage disputes. Diggs, Esparza and Wewers will practice in litigation. Hendrix and Melton will practice in business.
