Andrea Rose has been promoted to mortgage loan originator at Alcoa Community Federal Credit Union of Benton. Rose has been with the credit union for five years, most recently serving as a loan origination specialist. She has over 15 years of customer service and management experience.
Donny Rogers is the new president of investment services at Arvest Wealth Management of Rogers. Rogers is currently president and CEO of Arvest Trust and the executive director of sales. He will retain those roles in addition to supervision of broker-dealers, improving customer experience and meeting the needs of Arvest Wealth Management advisers. Rogers will also develop strategic plans and foster sales and service. He has 28 years of experience and will succeed Calvin Jarrett, who is retiring in early 2023.
Cathy Owen has been named one of the 75 Most Powerful Women by American Banker. This recognition is given to those who demonstrate leadership skills, strong performance and a commitment to driving real outcomes for diversity, equity and inclusion in financial services. Owen is the chairman of Eagle Bank & Trust Co. of Little Rock. She also serves on its board of directors and the executive committee, and she chairs the Government Relations Committee and Professional Development Council of the American Bankers Association. She is also the only woman to ever chair the Arkansas Bankers Association.
