Apartments, homes and office buildings make up this week's million-dollar deals:
► SMEF Holding Co. LLC, an affiliate of Forge Partners in Rancho Santa Fe, California paid $69 million for The Ridge at Chenal Valley in west Little Rock.
The 312-unit apartment project at 5400 Chenonceau Blvd. was sold by Chenal Valley Partners LLC, an affiliate of Covenant Capital Corp. of Nashville, Tennessee.
► Alex Sharp Property Holdings LLC bought nine duplexes at 3813 Tates Mill Road and a neighboring 5-acre parcel in north Pulaski County from Ricky and Amanda Harrell for $2 million.
► Jeff Fuller Homes LLC sold a 4,803-SF home in the Heights area of Little Rock to Frank Kumpuris and Anjuli Koshal for $1.7 million.
► Retail Buildings Inc., an affiliate of the Braum’s ice cream parlor-fast food chain based in Oklahoma City, acquired a 1.7-acre site in west Little Rock near the southwest corner of Chenal Parkway and St. Vincent Way for nearly $1.6 million. Seller: Bella Casa LLC, led by Terry Fleming.
► Karen and Gary Mueller sold their 4,421-SF home in the Paradise Lane neighborhood of west Pulaski County for more than $1.3 million. Who purchased the 15-acre spread? The Chad Baker & Kelly Baker Living Trust.
► Michael Cumming bought a 5,400-SF home in the River Club neighborhood near Pinnacle Mountain State Park from Alan and Katherine Barksdale for more than $1.2 million.
► Koon Properties LLC, led by Walter Koon, sold the 44,688-SF Evergreen Business Center at 3520 W. 69th St. in Little Rock for $1.2 million. Buyer? Tillar Little Rock Evergreen Partners Ltd., an affiliate of LanCarte Commercial in Fort Worth, Texas.
