The Rogers showroom for Howse Furniture sold for $3.4 million.

The new owner should know the place pretty well. It’s Jay Howard, the founder of Howse Furniture, a furniture and interior design company launched in 2015.

Howard came to prominence when he founded I.O. Metro in 2005. He left the company in 2012.

Howard, who is also a real estate developer, bought his company’s showroom through his Howse Retail LLC. The property, known as Pinnacle Pointe Plaza, is 23,612 SF and sits on 2 acres on South Pinnacle Hills Parkway.

Encore Bank in Little Rock provided a loan of $2.9 million. Johnelle Hunt, co-founder of J.B. Hunt Transport Services Inc. in Lowell, sold it through her North Pinnacle Properties LLC.
