Albert Ogenche has joined Cromwell Architects Engineers of Little Rock as an electrical designer in the electrical engineering department. He will focus on electrical design, calculating lighting, voltage and circuit currents as well as developing construction documents.
Jackson Thilenius has been promoted to senior principal, hospitality and interiors, at RDC of Rogers. Thilenius is a licensed architect with more than 30 years of design experience and has experience in a broad range of projects in hospitality interior design.
Andrew Baldwin has been promoted to manager of the central Arkansas division for the eastern region of Manhattan Road & Bridge of Little Rock. Baldwin will be responsible for budgeting, project management, business development and client communication for the company’s central Arkansas projects.
Blake Helm has been promoted to vice president of the central division at CDI Contractors of Little Rock. Helm joined CDI in 1999 and has worked on many prominent projects including the Lodge at Mount Magazine, the Bank OZK headquarters and the U.S. Marshals Museum. Helm will now take over organizational leadership of the company’s central division.
Colin Devine has been recognized on Forbes’ 2023 30 Under 30 list. Devine is a Fayetteville native and the co-founder and chief operating officer of BotBuilt of Durham, North Carolina. He was recognized for his work with the company, which uses robots to automate the home construction process.
Seth Louton has joined Magic Springs Theme & Water Park of Hot Springs as marketing and sales manager. Louton has nearly 20 years of experience and will work to strengthen the park’s strategies ahead of the 2023 season.
