Conway Regional Health System announced the hiring of April Kranz as chief nursing officer.
Kranz comes to Conway Regional from Memorial Hospital in South Bend, Indiana. He first day was Dec. 27.
Kranz has more than 10 years of experience with the health care systems in Indiana, according to a news release. In every setting, her leadership responsibilities have progressively advanced in areas such as pediatrics, critical care, and surgical services.
"April has proven a track record of engaging and building a team to improve efficiency, quality, and engagement," Matt Troup, president and CEO of Conway Regional, said in the release. "She brings a unique perspective and talents to her role at CRHS. We are blessed to add her to our Conway Regional family."
Kranz holds a master's in nursing and is scheduled to earn a Ph.D. in nursing in spring 2023.
