The Bradberry Building on the downtown Fayetteville square has a new owner.  The Fayetteville Chamber of Commerce sold the 24,600-SF, two-story building for $2.75 million to Daugherty Commercial LLC.

Daugherty Commercial is led by Jason Daugherty, the president of 1st Employment Staffing in Fayetteville and an active real estate investor in northwest Arkansas.

The property, located at 21 W. Mountain St., is home to the chamber on the second floor and Tiny Tim’s Pizza and West Mountain Brewing Co. on the ground floor. It anchors the south end of the downtown square.

The chamber bought the property for $2.4 million in 2015 from Executive Square Inc., led by John Bradberry. The chamber plans to remain at the location as a tenant in the building, which was built in 1925.

Simmons Bank provided Daugherty with a loan of more than $2 million.
