Recruiting and hiring agency Central Standard Talent on Tuesday announced the opening of its U.S. headquarters in Bentonville.
The company said its location at The Ledger, the new bike-friendly building downtown, will complement its existing headquarters in Guadalajara, Mexico and allow the company to better serve its American clients.
Central Standard Talent specializes in talent development and staff augmentation, with a focus on building high-performance software engineer and accounting teams, the company said in a news release. It offers customized hiring programs and support services.
"Together with the strengths of Metova," a software firm that recently relocated to Bentonville from Tennessee, "we offer a synergistic, comprehensive solution that keeps companies ahead of the innovation curve by attracting and retaining top talent and achieving their goals more effectively and efficiently," CEO Josh Smith said.
