Southern Bancorp Inc. of Arkadelphia announced it has completed its conversion of FCB Financial Services Inc. and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Premier Bank of Arkansas.
Branches in Jonesboro, West Memphis and Marion now operate as Southern Bancorp locations.
Southern Bancorp finalized the $28 million acquisition of the $227 million-asset Premier Bank in June 2022.
Donny Underwood, former CEO of Premier Bank CEO, now serves as a division president at Southern Bancorp. He'll continue to manage the three branches in northeast Arkansas.
Southern Bancorp now operates 56 locations across Arkansas and Mississippi.
