A 184,524-SF industrial facility at 6001 Lindsey Road in Little Rock has been sold for $8.1 million.
Colliers International Arkansas announced the sale. The firm named three entities as the buyers:
- Investor Exchange Services Inc., as Qualified Intermediary for Murdo Properties LLC, purchased a 49.2% share of the property
- Investor Exchange Services Inc., as Qualified Intermediary for Canyon Headlight LLC, purchased a 49.2% share of the property
- Sealy Lindsey Road LLC, a Georgia-based entity, purchased a 1.18% share of the property
The seller was Lindsey Road LLC, along with several related entities.
Andrew Wiechern of Colliers represented the buyers in the transaction. Isaac Smith, Mason Lewis and Justin Bentley, also of Colliers, represented the sellers
