► The Versailles Apartments at 4401 E. 46th St. in North Little Rock was purchased for $39 million by a group of nine limited liability companies, managed by Martin Kirzner and Harry Klein of Brooklyn, New York.
The 217-unit former Fountaine Bleau North complex was sold by PCFB Little Rock LLC, an affiliate of Peak Capital Partners of Provo, Utah.
► Equitrust Life Insurance Co. of Chicago sold the 10,662-SF former Noah’s Event Venue at 21 Rahling Circle in west Little Rock for $2.7 million.
Buyer: Exclusive Properties & Venues LLC, led by Michael and Amanda Johnson.
► St. Mark Community Church Inc. bought a 22,234-SF office building and 5,460-SF warehouse at 901 N. First St. and a 6,776-SF O’Reilly Auto Parts at 921 N. First St. in Jacksonville for $2 million.
Seller: 901 Properties LLC of Roopville, Georgia.
► Boynerian LLC, led by Arek Boynerian, sold the 30-unit Terrywood Apartments at 8711 and 8723 Baseline Road in southwest Little Rock for nearly $2 million to Rose STC Holdings LLC of Santa Fe, New Mexico.
► Brian Langford and Lauren Hendrix purchased a 4,983-SF house in west Little Rock’s Pleasant Village neighborhood from Stephen and Honor Canon for more than $1.2 million.
