Lifepoint Health Acquires Rehab Facility in Rogers

Lifepoint Health of Brentwood, Tennessee announced that it has acquired an inpatient rehabilitation facility in Rogers from Everest Rehabilitation Hospitals LLC of Dallas.

The cost of the transaction was not disclosed.

The 41,000-SF building opened at 4313 S. Pleasant Crossing Blvd. in 2020. It includes 36 private rooms, two large inpatient and outpatient therapy gyms, and an assisted-living apartment.

The facility is one of four that Lifepoint announced it has acquired from Everest. The other clinics are in Longview, Texas; Temple, Texas; and Cincinnati. They four facilities, which have a combined 500 employees, are the first inpatient rehabilitation facilities owned and operated exclusively by Lifepoint.

Lifepoint provides care to patients recovering from a number of conditions, including strokes, brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, orthopedic injuries, neurological conditions, amputations and trauma.

The company's growing network includes more than 30 joint venture inpatient rehabilitation hospitals and more than 250 hospital-based rehabilitation units, medical/surgical and outpatient therapy settings.
