► Jacksonville HC5 LLC, an affiliate of Haley Residential in Omaha, Nebraska, paid $9.4 million for the 204-unit Chapel Ridge Apartment project at 1401 Stamphill Road and 950 Military Road in Jacksonville.
Seller: Jacksonville Housing Associates Ltd. and Jacksonville Housing Associates Ltd. II, both affiliates of ERC Properties of Rogers.
► Colby Little Rock LLC, an affiliate of Colby Capital in Leawood, Kansas, bought the 13.6-acre site for the Topgolf project at west Little Rock’s Village at Brodie Creek development for more than $3.2 million.

► Kitterman Properties II LLC, led by John and Marsha Kitterman, sold the 52-unit Parkwood Apartments at 3510 S. Bryant St. in Little Rock for $2.5 million.

► Doug Jackson Jr., and his wife, Elizabeth, purchased a 3,743-SF home in Little Rock’s Edgehill neighborhood for $1.3 million.

► Dorothy M. Toll Exempt Share No. 1 QTIP Trust and Toll Corp., both led by Kathy Toll Watson, sold a 4.8-acre parcel at the northwest corner of Col. Glenn and Shackleford roads in west Little Rock for more than $1 million.
