Brad Spradlin has been named executive vice president at AGC Arkansas of Little Rock, the Arkansas chapter of the Associated General Contractors of America. Spradlin has more than 20 years of construction experience, most recently at Baldwin & Shell Construction Co. of Little Rock.


Deborah Sterzing

Deborah Sterzing has been named senior vice president and chief financial officer at Southwest Power Pool of Little Rock. Sterzing, who has more than two decades of experience, will be responsible for the financial strategy of SPP’s vision and objectives and serve as the primary risk management officer at SPP.

Sarah Page Tacker has been promoted to partner at PPGMR Law of Little Rock. Before joining PPGMR two years ago, Tacker spent 15 years at the Arkansas attorney general’s office. She focuses her practice on public utilities, including electric, telephone, gas and water providers, and offers advice on infrastructure development projects associated with public utilities as well as compliance with environmental regulations. 


Johnny Key has been named a partner at Strategos Group of Tampa, Florida. Key is the former Arkansas secretary of education and joins the firm’s state superintendent engagement practice.
