The Computer Hut LLC has a new name: Pinnacle IT.
The name change is part of a rebranding campaign that will wrap up at the end of the second quarter, the company said. It’s also re-labeling its services as a “technology solutions provider” to keep up with “current industry terms,” Pinnacle IT said on its website. The Computer Hut acquired Pinnacle IT of Ft. Smith in 2021.
Leadership will remain the same. The firm will still be locally owned and operated. Customers can expect to see different logos, email extensions and social media handles.
“After many years of providing premier technology service and support, The Computer Hut has decided to adopt a name and brand that matches the advanced quality of service and support it provides to its client base,” the IT company said, adding that clients will not experience any interruptions in existing contracts and service agreements.
Pinnacle IT has offices in Little Rock, Lowell, Jonesboro, Ft. Smith and Texarakana. Its services include cybersecurity, data recovery, and help desk solutions. Founded in 1992, Pinnacle IT is led by Chris Bates.
