Cruz Eslick has joined Cromwell Architects Engineers of Little Rock as a mechanical engineer. Eslick will focus on HVAC design in the mechanical engineering department at the firm’s Little Rock office. Jeff Overton has been promoted to director of business development at Cromwell. In his new role, Overton will lead Cromwell’s strategy development and execution, oversee the business development and marketing team, and work with the executive team to evaluate growth opportunities, economic development efforts and expand the firm’s client base.
Lauren Skeen has been promoted to vice president of marketing and communications at Bernhard of New Orleans. Skeen will lead day-to-day operations and the strategy for Bernhard’s marketing and communication department, overseeing a team with members in Louisiana, Arkansas and Utah. Skeen has more than 13 years of marketing experience. Before joining Bernhard, she was the director of marketing at Entegrity Energy Partners of Little Rock.
Daniel Lawrence has been promoted from plant operator to superintendent, water plant, at Conway Corp. Lawrence, who joined Conway Corp. in 2017, will coordinate activities involving the city’s water supply.
Tonya Wallace has been promoted to director of facilities asset management at the Little Rock Water Reclamation Authority. Wallace was previously serving as the engineering program manager and will oversee and monitor maintenance support for all water reclamation facilities. In addition, Wallace will oversee the department’s supervisors and asset management administrator to improve productivity and customer service.
