Micah Johnson Joins Baptist Health Conway as Chief Nursing Officer (Movers & Shakers)

Micah Johnson has joined Baptist Health Medical Center-Conway as chief nursing officer. Johnson has 20 years of experience, many of which have been spent in nursing leadership positions. He most previously was chief nursing officer at Christus Santa Rosa Hospital in San Marcos, Texas.


Drew Eisle
Drew Eisle (Alleviant Integrated Mental Health)

Drew Eisle has joined Alleviant Integrated Mental Health of Little Rock as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. Eisle will work out of the company’s Bentonville location. He primarily works with clients dealing with addiction, depression, anxiety and bipolar disorders.


Arkansas Urology of Little Rock has promoted three staff members to APP clinical director. Bryan Cearley has been promoted to clinical director of benign prostatic hyperplasia. Cearley is a certified physician’s assistant who joined the practice in 2018. Prior to joining Arkansas Urology, Cearley served in the U.S. Army as a flight medic and continues to serve as a physician’s assistant on a part-time basis with the Arkansas Army National Guard. Iris Kennedy has been promoted to clinical director of urology cancer services, where she will oversee preventive and diagnostic care in addition to cancer treatment. Kennedy, an advanced practice nurse, joined Arkansas Urology in 2008 and has prior experience in emergency medicine, general and vascular surgery and gastroenterology. Wischelle Williams is now the clinical director of pelvic health, urodynamics and overactive bladder at Arkansas Urology. Before becoming a nurse practitioner, Williams, an advanced practice registered nurse, worked for nearly 10 years as a registered nurse in general surgery, the emergency department, coronary care and in the neurosurgery/neurology intensive care unit.
