Bob Pielsticker has been appointed director, advisory services for Oklahoma and Arkansas at CBRE of Dallas. Pielsticker, who is based in Tulsa and has 40 years of real estate experience, will now oversee CBRE’s advisory services in Tulsa, Oklahoma City, Fayetteville and Little Rock.
Will Clark has been promoted to project manager with special interest in business development at Clark Contractors of Little Rock. In his new role, Clark will pursue new business opportunities and manage existing building projects. In addition, Clark Contractors has promoted three employees to the project executive role: Eliot Adams, Daniel Hunt and Jacob Jacks. Adams is based in the company’s Dallas-Fort Worth office, while Hunt and Jacks are based in Rogers. They will take on some of the duties previously held by vice presidents, so that the executive management team can better focus on strategic initiatives.
Shannon Jacobson has been hired as director of technology at Black River Technical College of Pocahontas. Jacobson previously was the director of infrastructure at Arkansas Children’s Hospital in Little Rock.
Daniel Brown and Mike Ross have joined the Arkansas Research Alliance board of trustees. Brown is U.S. Steel’s senior vice president of advanced technology steelmaking and the chief operating officer at Big River Steel of Osceola. Ross is senior vice president at Southwest Power Pool of Little Rock. Both will work with universities and government agencies to grow technology-based economic development in Arkansas and attract more researchers to the state.
