Did you know a new financial institution made its opening move to enter the Little Rock market?
Sterling Bank of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, bought a 2.6-acre site at the southwest corner of Rahling and Kirk roads for more than $1.8 million. The property represents the bank’s third or fourth Arkansas location.
The $1.3 billion-asset lender also recently purchased a 1.7-acre future bank branch location in Bentonville for more than $1.5 million. Sterling took its first step in Arkansas with a Fayetteville office in October 2020 and opened its second branch in the state earlier this month in Rogers.
